There are some scenarios where it would be easier (and for that reason cost-efficient) to simply offer the students one set of answers instead of an entire book or lesson. You might want to do some group work on an upcoming project that needs a number of long hours of explanation. In this case, it would be more economical to just have a few group sheets printed rather than printing out numerous hundred pages of handouts.
